Designed for those concerned about osteopenia or osteoporosis, or already living with these conditions, this specialized class focuses on bone-building exercises to promote strength, balance, and resilience.

Unlike traditional Pilates, much of this class is done standing to encourage weight-bearing activity, essential for bone health.

This class holds personal significance to me, as I was recently diagnosed with osteoporosis at age 50. After completing a specialized Pilates for Osteopenia and Osteoporosis course, I’m passionate about sharing what I’ve learned to support my clients’ bone health while managing my own.
